Macky is currently a technical leader in Marketing Science research for a global consulting firm with significant scope, impact, and high visibility. She leads strategic measurement science initiatives across various marketing teams, scaling experimentation and measurement science models, real-time inference, and cross-channel orchestration.
She is an analytical problem solver who enjoys diving into data, leads development of new frameworks, is excited about investigations and algorithms, and interfaces between technical teams and business stakeholders. She is an expert in employing deep learning models to solve business problems, mostly in causal inference. She is a hands-on innovator who contributes to advancing Marketing measurement technology in a B2C and B2B environment and pushes the limits on what’s scientifically possible with a razor sharp focus on measurable customer and business impact.
She has demonstrated success in championing the use of measurement science in evidence-based decision making as well as in synthesizing analyses for practical application in driving marketing and sales performance. She coaches and guides junior scientists to grow the team’s talent and scale the impact of her work for Top Tier global information, data and measurement companies.
She competes internationally as a member of an Ultimate Frisbee team. On her downtime she shares her love of music through volunteering as a guitarist in an aged care facility in Sydney.
